Welcome to Camilla Damsbo Art. Thank you for visiting my shop!

These terms apply to purchases made through this webshop. My aim is to make your shopping experience simple, transparent and enjoyable.

1. About the shop

Camilla Damsbo Art is a Danish art business offering original watercolor paintings and fine art prints inspired by nature.

2. Products

All original paintings are created by me and are one-of-a-kind artworks.

Art prints are professionally produced by a trusted printing partner.

I do my best to represent each artwork accurately through photographs and descriptions. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Product dimensions, materials and other relevant details are provided on individual product pages.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include applicable Danish VAT.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout, including major payment cards and MobilePay.

You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Original watercolor paintings and art prints are currently available for delivery within Denmark.

Original paintings are carefully packaged and shipped by me, while art prints are produced and shipped by my trusted printing partner.

International shipping for art prints may become available to selected destinations in the future.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy and shown at checkout where applicable.

5. Returns and cancellations

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing online.

Please refer to the Returns & Refunds Policy for details on how to cancel an order, return artwork and receive a refund.

Any statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal will be clearly communicated where applicable.

6. Damaged or defective products

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible.

Consumers are entitled to their statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Danish rules on complaints about defective goods.

For purchases covered by Danish consumer law, the statutory complaint period is generally two years.

7. Copyright

All original artwork, illustrations, photographs and other creative content are protected by copyright.

Purchasing an original painting or art print does not transfer the copyright or grant permission to reproduce, distribute or commercially use the artwork.
